Under the watchful eye of St Rombouts' Cathedral you'll find Foom, a breakfast bar in the city of Mechelen where you can enjoy a unique breakfast (American Pancakes HOERA), a hearty lunch or freshly prepared pastries. Just about everything that ends up on your plate is homemade. Besides good food you will also find coffee from micro roasting MOK and tea from Crusio.

De Partage
We, De Partage is helemaal terug, en sinds juni 2022 met een vaste stek in hartje Mechelen. We blazen een legendarische locatie nieuw leven in met onze verse en pure gerechten, sharing dishes blijft ons concept.
De Vleeshalle
Welcome to De Vleeshalle. This monumental space, which was once home to the old Mechelen meat market, is now a culinary hotspot in the heart of the city. Twelve stall holders and a pop-up food stall ply their daily trade.
Cosma
If you enter Cosma Foodhouse, you will first find a caterer's shop selling home-made Mediterranean dishes, herbs and wines. A little further on you'll find the brasserie with a courtyard garden. On the menu: fancy finger food, Brazilian entrecote or grilled gambas, orignele sidedishes...

Even in hectic times, De Graspoort, in the heart of the city, offers an oasis of peace. The pleasant interior with low hanging lights and dark wooden ceiling create an intimate atmosphere. In addition to the regular menu full of daily fresh products, this eatery also has a chalkboard with suggestions. The plates are well-filled and well-dressed.

The Cacao Project
Pieter Vaes houdt van experimenteren met smaken en vormen. In de chocoladewinkel en het aanpalende atelier aan de Bruul tovert hij zowel klassieke pralines als chocolade met een hoek af uit zijn hoed. Hij zoekt constant naar methodes om creatief met zijn producten om te gaan en de smaken volledig tot hun recht te laten komen. De pralines zijn echte kunstwerkjes en worden op papier ontworpen door de mama van Pieter. Zijn passie werd opgepikt door de juryleden van Gault&Millau 2019.

Street-art & mural walk. Ten artists unleashed their creative talent on just as many walls in the city, with pencils, paint and spray cans. Thanks to them, a narrow, non-descript street has suddenly been transformed into a street that you actually want to walk through.
